Information reaching the news desk of NewsGhanaOnline has revealed that a group calling itself Islamic Human Rights Foundation, has called on the Vice President to declare his stance on the ANTI-LGBT Bill now.
According to the group based Ewutu Senya East (Kasoa), the vice president has been silent on the Anti LGBT Bill which is awaiting the President’s signature to become law.
The group added that Dr. Bawumia’s silence is extremely worrying, considering the fact that Islam grossly frowns on same sex marriage.
