The information Minister Hon. Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has debunked the statement attributed to him that Dr Bawumia was instrumental in drafting the E-Levy.
According to him, he has never said anywhere that the controversial E-Levy couldn’t have been passed without the involvement is the Vice President.
