Passion Air Sacks Workers at Kumasi Airport On Christmas Day With Watsup Messages

Information reaching the desk of News Ghana Online has revealed that some workers of Passion Air in Kumasi have been sacked by Management of the company with immediate effect.

It is however unclear why the Management of Passion Air in Kumasi has fired their staff through watsup messages after the workers have worked for the company for five years.

According to some sources among the sacked workers, the management has not treated them fairly at all for sacking them without stating any reason.

“They sent us watsup messages that we have been sacked and the sad, disrespectful thing is that our management did not even bother to tell us their reasons for our sack after a five year working relationship with them. Honestly, we don’t deserve this”, they cried out.

The weeping sacked workers therefore called on the Minister of Employment and Labour Relations, Ignatius Baffuor Awuah, to as a matter of urgency, intervene and resolve their strange sacking.

“We are humbly calling on the Minister of Employment and Labour Relations Ignatius Baffuor Awuah to implement the labour and save us from this distress. We are highly pained and disappointed from our management. It hurts us badly”., they appealed.

The Management of Passion Air has not commented on this issue as at the time of publishing this story.
